Ingredients (6 servings)
- 2 small ripe avocado’s
- 400 gr chickpeas, can
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/4 ts ground coriandre
- 1/4 ts ground cumin
- 1/4 ts chilli powder
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- sea salt
Preparation
Grind all the ingredients together in a food processor.
If you don’t have a food processor, you could use a blender or go oldfashioned – with a fork.
