As I already mentioned in my last post, I went home to celebrate my birthday. I got eight days off to spend a reasonable amount of time with my friends and family. On thursday I left right after work, so that I could arrive at night and to enjoy my holiday from friday on.
I could tell you everything about my week at home, but I won’t. Long story short: it was great to be home again, I was happy to see all of my friends, to see my dear grandmother and ofcourse to celebrate my birthday! Thank you all for the birthday wishes, cards, presents and your presence at my party, birthday or other events.

Oh and my mother travelled with me to Lyon, so she is enjoying her holiday in France at the moment.

I had lunch and coffee at one of my favorite places in Bergen op Zoom, Ijssalon Emma.
My mom made me a delicious shrimp cocktail as a birthday meal, because I won’t be home for Christmas and this is our traditional meal.
She even used the Christmas napkins to make it feel more like Christmas.
