It has been a looong time since my last post. I’m really sorry for that – I didn’t mean to. Some things happened.[space height=”30″]
Hacked
My website gets hacked again, and again, and again. It’s driving me crazy. Every time I check on my website, it’s blocked again and I have to upload back ups, while losing content. I have absolutely no clue why it keeps on happening. We already cleared the whole website and then installed everything from scratch. Does anybody else having a blog experience this problem? Or does anyone have a cure, which really keeps them out? It’s not really motivating if you can loose content every single moment.[space height=”30″]
Holidays
A second reason I haven’t been here in a while, is because I went on holidays. All alone, without my computer. I could have written a few articles from my phone, but here is where we get back to reason 1. My site was hacked and it’s not easy to restore everything when you don’t have a computer. But the holidays were good! I absolutely loved travelling alone and I have seen a few places in the north of Spain. I still want to show you the pictures I’ve made, one way or another. They will come.[space height=”30″]
I moved
The house I was living in before, didn’t really make me err.. – happy. So I decided to switch places. Which apparently offended the landlord, who started causing trouble. Long story short, even though I followed the strict rules – without having a contract – I was homeless during two weeks. Thank God a friend of mine was willing to host me that long, thank you!
At this moment it’s been two weeks since I’ve been living in my new place and I’m so happy with it. Last week I went to Ikea and now it’s really starting to look like my cosy home. And the best of all: no roommates, no housemates. Total freedom, yihaaa!
It’s only since Wednesday that my internet got activated, so with the internet working it’s a lot easier to write on my blog.[space height=”30″]
Season has started
I’m working in a roadside assistance club for Dutch people, and I work at the French department – that’s why I’m living in France. As some of you may know, Dutch people like to celebrate their holidays in France. Or even more south, but they usually prefer to bring their car and to go camping. You can imagine, summertime at my job is C R A Z Y!
Our team expends from 30 people to 130 and they all get specific tasks in order to help the clients as fast as possible. We know it’s not nice having car trouble, when you actually just really needed one or two weeks off to relax. Sometimes the client shows how unpleased he is that his car broke down. It can be rough, we get tired, but above all: it’s lots of fun. Having a 100 colleagues more, means that also outside of the job, there are a lot more social activities.
And obviously, it’s out of the question to use my time at work to write articles for the blog right now, which I could do before in the winter period :-).
So, with my internet working, my house being arranged, the only ‘obstacles’ left, are the series of hackings and the busy season. The last one does ask for nice Instagram pictures, so be sure to follow me there! And once again, if you have advice for the hackings, please let me know!
Have a great day!
